Our Services
At Fostering Connections, we offer two ways to support the basic needs of children living in out-of-home care: through our Resource Center and our Mobile Connections program. Whether families come to us or we bring supplies to them, our goal is the same.
We work hard to ensure every child has what they need to feel safe, seen, and supported.

Resource Center
The Resource Center is a welcoming space dedicated to meeting the immediate needs of children impacted by the child welfare system. We offer a wide range of free essentials, including clothing, toys, books, personal hygiene products, and other necessities to help ease the transitions children face.
By providing these items in a supportive environment, the Resource Center aims to reduce the stress on families and caregivers, allowing them to focus on creating stability and positive experiences for the children in their care. Our goal is to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and equipped to thrive during times of uncertainty.

What to Bring on Your First Visit
To receive services, families must bring legal proof of guardianship or placement paperwork for each child. This information helps us verify eligibility and provide support as efficiently as possible.

Mobile Connections
We know that not every family can make it to our Tulsa Resource Center, so we bring the essentials to you.
Mobile Connections is our bi-monthly outreach program serving the counties surrounding Tulsa. Every other month, we visit Bartlesville, Cleveland, Muskogee, and Okmulgee, delivering clothing, hygiene items, books, toys, and more, just like you’d receive at our Resource Center. It’s the same support, on the road.
